Something missing from the archive
A meeting item that happened and is not here is the most serious kind of bug this archive can have. It is treated as one.
What to send
- Which body met — city council, county council, the area plan commission.
- Roughly when, even if it is only “sometime in June”.
- What happened, in your own words. An address or a street name is plenty.
What happens next
An editor checks the recording and the packet for that meeting. If the item is real and missing, it is indexed and posted, and the gap is recorded in the corrections log — the same log that carries every factual fix. Corrections are fixed and posted within 24 hours.
Every highlight page carries a Request a correction control, and that control takes a missing-item report as readily as a factual fix. Open the item nearest to what you remember and use it there — it reaches the same editor, and it arrives attached to a meeting, which is what makes it fast to check.
